Allison Che’Che Rawl Obituary, WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TENN. — Authorities in Williamson County are continuing to investigate the tragic death of Allison Che’Che Rawl, who was found deceased inside her home in the College Grove community during the early morning hours of Wednesday, July 1. Her husband, Douglas “Kirk” Rawl, has been arrested and charged with criminal homicide in connection with the case.
According to the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a residence on Wellsford Lane at approximately 2:00 a.m. after receiving a report that prompted an emergency response. Upon arriving at the home, investigators discovered evidence indicating that a woman had been killed. The victim was later identified as Allison Che’Che Rawl.
Following an initial investigation, authorities arrested Douglas “Kirk” Rawl. He has been charged with criminal homicide and is being held at the Williamson County Jail on a $2.5 million bond. Baldwin also stated that Allison had previously confided in her mother about personal difficulties within her marriage. While she did not disclose specific details, Baldwin said Allison had trusted her mother with concerns about troubling issues at home. Baldwin further recalled hearing unusual noises around 2:00 a.m. on the morning of the incident, describing sounds that resembled a struggle but noting that she did not hear screams or gunshots.
