Kenneitha Parson Obituary, ST. PAUL, MINNESOTA — Authorities have identified the two individuals found deceased inside a St. Paul apartment during a welfare check on Wednesday afternoon as 33-year-old Kenneitha Parson and her 6-year-old son, Khalil Parson.
According to the Ramsey County Coroner’s Office, officers with the St. Paul Police Department responded to a request for a wellness check at an apartment building in the 100 block of Robert Street South.
